Hometown: Mesquite, Texas
Alma Mater: Ouachita Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
Life Verse: Psalm 113:2-3
Tim was born in California, but raised in Dallas, Texas. He received his bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University and earned a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth. Tim has had the privilege of working with students and their families now for 14 years, and he's never wanted to do anything else. As the FSM Lead Pastor, it is Tim's passion and goal to see all of our students and leaders equipped and unleashed in Jesus Name! His greatest blessings from the Lord are his high school sweetheart, Stephanie, and their three children. If he's not at church, he is probably with his family riding bikes, wrestling, playing music, hiking or getting together with other families.

He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics.

Dave hassell
Hometown: Hot Springs, AR
Alma Mater: John Brown University
Life Verse: John 12:32
Dave loves hanging out with his family, making music, Apple computers, reading, good coffee, disc golf, and the Chicago Cubs (even though they’re terrible most years). He has been leading worship for almost 10 years and has a deepening desire to use the arts and media to encourage students to fall more in love with Jesus.
More than anything, Dave wants students to grasp that worship has much less to do with the songs we sing than it does the condition of our heart and the way we live every other second we’re not in a church building.
He’s loving the new chapter of his life at FSM with his new wife, Lindsay.
Nancy Hamilton
Hometown: Kingston, TN
Alma Mater: Tennessee Tech University; Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
Life Verses: Ephesians 3:20-22
Nancy enjoys traveling, being outdoors, cooking, SEC football (Go Vols!) and being her nephew's biggest fan at his football and baseball games. She grew up in Kingston, TN. It was during middle school that Nancy sensed God leading her into ministry. Through various church missions experiences, serving in youth ministry, and being part of local and state BSU leadership at Tennessee Tech University while in college, the Lord ignited a passion in Nancy to help disciple young women and help them discover His purposes for their lives through missions and ministry. While pursuing a MDIV degree from Southwestern Seminary, Nancy had the opportunity to pour her life into students at a local church level, as well as serve as student missions consultant for the Baptist General Convention of Texas, engaging young women and students in hands-on missions experiences. Also having a love for camp ministry, Nancy served as camp staff, director, intern, and coordinator for Lifeway student camps, Centrifuge and M-fuge for over 10 years, as well as camping ministry specialist for churches throughout Tennessee until 2007. Through serving churches, Nancy has continued to develop a heart for encouraging parents of students, as well as building healthy families. Nancy began pursuits toward a post-graduate degree in counseling and family therapy in 2007.
Nancy is passionate about spending time in the Word, and helping women develop that same desire. Nancy joined the FSM staff in June 2009 as FSM Women's pastor, helping to encourage and develop godly young women, as well as plan, develop, and implement FSM mid-week and camp experiences that help students know God deeply.
